FAQ: Why are the operations in WSDL not listed while creating a Business Service?
Answer

User is able to define WSConsumer Connection (under Configure > Connections). However, while creating a Business Service, the operations in WSDL are not listed.

Sometimes while creating a Business Service (using Configure > Business Services), the users do not view any operation described in the WSDL. The probable cause could be with existing licenses which has been enabled for users Org.

Typically the following are the licenses needed to implement WSConsumer connection:
  • "WSConsumer" needs to be enabled (with valid dates) under 'Connector Licenses'.
  • "saas-xmetadataread" needs to be enabled under Packages > 'assigned packages'.
  • "UDTforHierarchy"  needs to be enabled under Packages > 'assigned packages'.
  • "DataTransformationneeds to be enabled under Packages > 'assigned packages'.

You could find the license details under Administer > Licenses (for your Org). A sample screenshot of the license screen is as follows:
