FAQ: Is there a way to manually kill user connections to MRS similar to KillUserConnection command in PowerCenter Repository Service?
Answer
No, there are no commands existing to kill User connections to MRS. MRS is a hibernate based service. Hence, it deals with user connections in a different way than that of PC RS.

MRS is maintaining the Hibernate DB connection pool. We have the following property existing in MRS, which limits how long a client will wait for a Connection. If no query request exists on the connection object, it will close the connection after 1 min.

HIBERNATE_C3P0_CHECKOUT_TIMEOUT_DEFAULT = 60000 [ 1min]

Since the hibernate connection pool takes care of closing connections, MRS does not need mechanisms to forcefully terminate user connections.
