If you are creating any fields as Read-only in ServiceNow, you should use Data Policies by following the instructions given in the following link:

This will ensure that when you are trying to insert or update information into these fields in ServiceNow, it will be possible to capture that as an error from ServiceNow and display that back in the Informatica Cloud Task Activity Log and the Summary.
