FAQ: The EBF is received by the user but their OS is not listed in TSFTP. In this case, can the user install the EBF that was issued for a different OS?
Answer
​​Some users require an EBF that must be installed to resolve a product bug. In some cases, the customer might receive the EBF but then find their Operating System is not listed.

For example, a user is running AIX OS, but only LinuxOS is listed for the EBF in TSFTP.
In such cases, you should not install the Linux version. You should instead notify Global Customer Support via the case system. Informatica Support will then work with R&D to rebuild the EBF for your Operating System.
