Where can I find the Product Availability Matrices (PAM) documents on Informatica Network?
Solution
The Product Availability Matrices (PAM) documents provide you details about the compatibility of your Informatica products with various processors, platforms etc. There are two ways to access the PAMs from the Informatica Network:
  1. From the PAM Community on Informatica Network (where you can find the PAMs for the last five releases)
  2. From the Informatica Knowledge Base, which has all PAMs for all the releases.
Access PAM Community from Informatica Network:
  1. To access PAM from the Informatica Network, ensure you Register/Login as only the authenticated users have the access to the PAMs.
  2. Once you log in, click on Product Availability Matrices link from under Resources tab on the top of the page. (You can also directly access the community from here.)

  3. The Product Availability Matrices home page will be displayed. In this page, you can view the Latest Updated PAMs or the Featured Content.
  4. To navigate to the PAMs of a specific product, use the Categories option to refine the documents.
Access PAMs from our Knowledge Base
  1. Log in to Informatica Network, click on Knowledge Base tab at the top.
  2. You will be authenticated to our KB system in a new window. Or access our KB directly. (Ensure you register and log in, as only authenticated users have access to PAMs).
  3. In the KB home page, enter the search term for  the Product and version (for instance, Informatica 9.6.1 Hotfix 4) to look for PAM and EoL documents and select the PAM & EoL tab.
