HOW TO: Enable additional logging when using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) CRM connector in Informatica Cloud
Solution
Follow the below steps to enable additional logging when using ICS MSD CRM connector:
Design time:
Add "-DINFA_MSD_ADAPTER_LOG_LEVEL=ALL " as Tomcat JRE parameter for extra logging in the tomcat log.

Runtime:
Add "-DINFA_MSD_ADAPTER_LOG_LEVEL=ALL " as JVM parameter for extra logging in the session log.

After adding this property, the request and response from MSD CRM webservice will be logged in the session log.
More Information
1) The change in setting should be reverted, once necessary logs are collected.
