HOW TO: Get Email Alerts for Informatica Cloud Secure Agent Service Disruption?
Solution
Email Alert configuration is not available under IICS > Administrator > Runtime Environment as of September 2019. The following are the options.
    1. This feature has been made available in the Operational Insights​ service.
    2. One can use the command-line tool (AgentMonitor.jar Java Tool) which is build based on Informatica Cloud Public ReST API. 
        2.1 Refer Email Alerts for Informatica Cloud Secure Agent Service Disruption to know more about AgentMonitor.jar.
        2.2 Refer Informatica Cloud Developer Guide for more information on Informatica Cloud Public ReST API​.
Note
The tool uses Informatica Cloud UserName & Password to login via API, query the Agent Status and sends Email Alert in case if a Service is not RUNNING.
