HOW TO: Change the execution order of unconnected Stored Procedure transformations in a PowerCenter mapping
Problem Description

When the Execution Order attribute is grayed out in the Stored Procedure Transformation properties, how to change the execution order of unconnected (Source Pre-load or Source Post Load, Target Pre Load or Target Post Load) Stored Procedure Transformations in a mapping?


To change the execution order of the Stored Procedure Transformations in a mapping, do the following:

  1. Go to Mappings > Stored Procedures Plan.

  2. In the Stored Procedure Execution Plan window select the type of Stored Procedure (Target Post Load, Source Pre Read, etc.).

  3. Highlight the Stored Procedure Transformation name.

  4. Use the up and down arrows on the right side in that window to move the Stored Procedure to the desired location.


The Execution Order number of each Stored Procedure can be verified under the Properties tab:
