ERROR: "Unable to load DLL: pmsapr3plg.dll for plugin PC_SAPR3" when registering SAP plug-ins to local client
Problem Description

When registering the SAP plug-in by putting the server in exclusive mode and importing through pmrep: 

registerplugin -i D:\Temp\source\server\bin\Plugin\pmsapplg.xml -e –N 

Plug-in import is successful and repository service is successfully cycled. However, when opening PowerCenter Designer the following error message appears:

Unable to load DLL: pmsapr3plg.dll for plugin PC_SAPR3 still persists. 

Cause
This issue occurs when steps for registration of PowerExchange SAP IS-U/CCS plug-in are followed instead of PowerExchange SAP NetWeaver.  
Solution

To resolve this issue, complete the installation for PowerExchange SAP NetWeaver. See Related Documents for more information on PowerExchange SAP NetWeaver installation.
