"[ERROR] TokenStandardiser Transform could not load the dictionary" after importing IDQ mapping into PowerCenter
Problem Description

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) mapping has been imported into PowerCenter and the reference data used by IDQ mapping is transferred using FTP to the PowerCenter machine. However, the workflow fails as it cannot load the reference data and the following error is displayed:

[ERROR] TokenStandardiser Transform could not load the dictionary [dictionaryname]

The reference data or dictionary file is on the Informatica server in the directory mentioned in the error message.

The default location for Informatica Content is <INFA_HOME>\services\DQContent\INFA_Content.  This issue occurs when you place the dictionary or reference table files in to a non-default location. If you do this, you have to set the INFA_CONTENT environment variable.

To resolve this issue, define an INFA_CONTENT environment variable on the PowerCenter Integration Service machine to set the path that the Integration Service uses to read dictionary files.

Use this environment variable if you cannot install the dictionary files in the required location on the PowerCenter Integration Service machine (<INFA_HOME>\services\DQContent\INFA_Content). Install the files in a location that the PowerCenter Integration Service can access, and create the INFA_CONTENT environment variable with the installed path.

(Note: Informatica service needs to be restarted for changes in the environment variable to take effect.)

If the variable of INFA_CONTENT is set, then the dictionary should exist under the MRS Path to the reference table under the directory referred by INFA_CONTENT.

Suppose your reference table is called “Informatica” and it exists in the following structure in Model Repository service:
Project  DEMO
Project Folder  TEST\DUPLIcates
Reference table  Informatica

INFA_CONTENT variable is set to /opt/app/Infa10.2.

In the above case, the file should exist as follows:
