Cause
Solution
This is a known issue in EDC 10.2.1 and CR EIC-4803 has been submitted to be addressed in a future release. However, EBF-11802 is available to resolve this issue. Contact Informatica Global Support to get the EBF.
Within the CR EIC-4900 it's resolved in 10.2.1 Update 1
Within the CR EIC-4901 it's resolved in 10.2.2

To resolve this issue contact Informatica Global support for EBF-11802.

To apply this EBF, follow the below steps:
  1. Disable the Catalog Service.
  2. Untar the EBF and change the DEST_DIR location in Input.properties file as your INFA_HOME location.
Note: Take the backup of jar from the location: INFA_HOME/services/CatalogService/access/WEB-INF/lib
  3. Run the installEBF.sh
  4. Once it is done, enable the Catalog Service.
