Monitoring_error_Aug_13.jpg

Cause
This issue can happen if DisableExtendedStat is set to true for monitoring.

Default value of DisableExtendedStat is false.

Solution

To Check this property for monitoring, please run below command as this property is not available in the Adminconsole UI under monitoring configurations:

$INFA_HOME/isp/bin/infacmd.sh ListMonitoringOptions -dn  <Domain_name>   -un <username> -pd <password>

Please look for below property in the command output:

ExtedendStatsConfigurationOptions:

  DisableExtendedStat = true

If DisableExtendedStat is set to true then please set DisableExtendedStat to false (which is the default value) using below command and restart Informatica domain.

$INFA_HOME/isp/bin/infacmd.sh updateMonitoringOptions  -dn
<Domain_name>   -un <username-pd <password> -ExtedendStatsConfigurationOptions  DisableExtendedStat=false

Now, summary statistics should be available for the new mapping jobs submitted.
