Error: "java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException"
Problem Description
The status of the Secure agent was "Not all the services are running" and Data Integration Service remains in starting-up state. The following error is noticed:

This issue occurs if the agent is unable to access the required files/folders that are needed for deployment of Data Integration Services.
The user running the agent should have Admin privileges on the machine where the Secure agent is installed.

By default, all the services, thus services of Informatica Cloud Agent would run with local account as Windows machine allocates. So, there is a need to change the user manually to run the Secure agent services by an Admin user.

For Windows machine;

1. Invoke Run command as Services.msc. One can also search for Services.msc through Windows search
2. After services window is open, search for Informatica Cloud Secure Agent.
3. Stop this service.
4. Right-click on the service and go to Properties.
5. Then, click on Log-On tab and click on this Account
6. Enter the admin username.
7. Click on Browse so that Windows can valid that username.
8. Enter the password and then, reconfirm.
9. Apply and then OK
10. Start the service.

For Linux, either install the Secure agent from an admin user or provide rwx permissions to parent folder and sub-folders and all the files one by one. Better, if one provides permission to the Secure agent running user.
