Informatica Hadoop Service startup fails with "com.infa.products.ihs.service.exception.InfaHadoopServiceException" error
Problem Description
Informatica Hadoop Service (IHS) startup​ fails and the following is a snippet of the error message in the IHS.log:

2019-01-26 14:06:13,743 [localhost-startStop-1] ERROR com.infa.products.ihs.beans.application.ClusterListener- com.infa.products.ihs.service.exception.InfaHadoopServiceException: [InfaHadoopServiceException_00051] Generating SSL ceritificates on cluster failed with the error

Cause
This issue occurs due to some unknown random files under the directory /opt/informatica/ihs/.
Solution
​Make sure there are no random files present under the directory /opt/informatica/ihs/

Only the following directories should be present in it:

tmp
ambarihttpserver
var
custom-logs
hadoop
