"error [LDTMCMN_0029] The LDTM could not complete the request because of the following error: com.informatica.sdk.dtm.ExecutionException: [LDTM_0072]" while testing Redshift connection from Informatica Administrator Console
Problem Description
The following error is displayed while running the data viewer:

“Operation”: [LDTMCMN_0029] The LDTM could not complete the request because of the following error: com.informatica.sdk.dtm.ExecutionException: [LDTM_0072] [Amazon](500310) Invalid operation: AWS access key ID not found Details: ----------------------------------------------- error: AWS access key ID not found code: 8001 context: query: 0 location: aws_credentials_parser.cpp:135 process: padbmaster [pid=29301] -----------------------------------------------; ..or this error [LDTMCMN_0029] The LDTM could not complete the request because of the following error: com.informatica.sdk.dtm.ExecutionException: [LDTM_0072] Index: 1, Size: 1
Cause
This issue occurs when there is an extra Redshift JAR file in $INFA_HOME/connectors/thirdparty/informatica.amazonredshift/common​ directory.
Solution
To resolve this issue, remove the additional Redshift JAR from the $INFA_HOME/connectors/thirdparty/informatica.amazonredshift/common directory.
