ERROR: " DIH CONSOLE CONNECTION/..../" when a session fails in Cloud Data Integration which uses CIH connections
Problem Description
The following error is seen when we run any job that uses the Cloud Integration Hub connection:

FATAL ERROR : Caught a fatal signal or exception.

FATAL ERROR : Aborting the DTM process due to fatal signal or exception.

FATAL ERROR : Signal Received: SIGSEGV (11)

The same link from the browser with the same user credentials opens fine. But when we use wget from the agent server, it is failing with SSL issue.
-- Resolving ( Connecting to (|<ipaddress>|:port... connected. Unable to establish SSL connection. 

When we use curl with some proxy setting on the server, it connects.​
This was because the proxy setting was not configured properly in the IICS console.
To resolve this issue, do the following:

Go to Administrator > Runtime Environment > System Configuration. Choose service as Data Integration Server. 

Then add the following:

JVMOption2=-Dhttps.useProxy=<true or false>
JVMOption4=-Dhttps.proxyPort=<proxy port number>
JVMOption3=-Dhttps.proxyHost=<proxy host name>

Once the above is done, wait for the Data Integration Server to come up. Once it is up, run the task again.
