Inconsistent results are seen when using a resultLimit value lower than the total number of matching records in MDM
Problem Description
In Master Data Management (MDM), when running a search in Relate 360, if the resultLimit value provided in the search JSON is such that the results are truncated, that is, the value is lower than the total number of matching records, results seen from running the same search multiple times might not be consistent.

For instance, the results might show different matching records returned OR if multiple populations are used, it might be seen that a particular record is returned as a match from different populations and with different scores across different search runs.
This behavior occurs due to a race condition between match threads. After the number of records returned as a match (per match rule) reaches the resultLimit value specified, the search ends. Any candidate records that have not been scored at this point are not processed and therefore will not be returned as a match, even when they would have scored above the threshold.

If valid candidate records (records that would be returned as a valid match) are processed in separate threads simultaneously, the resultLimit value can be reached when a particular thread has finished processing, however, the other threads have not finished. When running the same search again, a different thread might finish first and a different candidate record would be scored and be included in the final results.
To resolve this issue, increase the resultLimit value, such that it is greater than the number of records that would be returned as accepted matches.
