"GetPreviousPublication" for DIH subscription does not behave as expected
Problem Description
Consider the following scenario:

Two Publications ran at a 15 minutes gap, for instance, 8 AM and 8:15 AM. Expectation is, if a subscription is run using "Get Previous Publication" with a time range between  8:10 AM and 8:30 AM, it should run the subscription for one Publication event only which ran on 8:15 AM.

However, it ran the subscription for both the publication events.
Cause
The reason the subscription ran for both the publication is that though the first publication started at 8 AM, the end time of the same was at 8:12 AM, which falls between 8:10 AM-8:30 AM.

So, the "Get previous Publication" sees the end time and runs the subscription for both the publications.
Solution
You should always check the publication end time so the subscription date range selected within that time will run for the publications which has ended between the date range.

This is as designed and a correct behavior for "Get Previous Publication".
