Volatile Tables Masking not working when using composite statements to create the table and populate the data in DDM
Problem Description
Volatile Tables Masking not working when using composite statements to create the table and populate the data in DDM. The original content is still appearing after applying the EBF 12710.

Following command is being used to repro:

CREATE Volatile TABLE MYID AS (
SELECT TOP 10  * FROM DB_RPT2.TABLENAME) WITH DATA;

Then we Insert
INSERT INTO  MYID SELECT TOP 50 * FROM DB_RPT2.TABLENAME) WITH DATA;

Cause

Solution
This is a known issue and CR DDM-3255 has been submitted to be addressed in a future release.

However, an EBF is available to resolve this issue. Apply EBF 13720 on Dynamic Data Masking 9.8.4.

This EBF has also been merged to the latest Dynamic Data Masking 9.9. Upgrade to Dynamic Data Masking 9.9 to resolve this issue.
