Problem Description
Import of Informatica_Data_Domain_1021.xml from Window - Preferences - Informatica - Data Domain Glossary fails with error (pop-up error and in client .log):
Import Post Copy Content - Unable to create database table for ReferenceTable: [CMSREFTABLE_10019] Cannot create the following reference table: [usa_company_names_std_in11]

The CMS log shows the following error:

Cause
The issue occurs because the 'Support mixed-case identifiers' was set incorrectly to false within the Reference Table Database connection.
Solution
Set 'Support mixed-case identifiers' to true.
