Scheduled Publication/Subscription(s) tasks hung in CIH with no event log
Problem Description
If you have many publication or subscription tasks which are scheduled to run every 10/15 minutes, you may face this issue.

Some publication events will be in processing status for a long time. And it won't allow the next instance to run as CIH notices that the publication task is already running, this happens until the event is noticed and discarded.

Cause
Solution
​Please increase the frequency of the task. Instead of running pub every 10 minutes, make it every 30 minutes.

However, CIH-85 has been opened to address this issue and the fix is already deployed on CIH US POD2.
