Problem Description
When you run a NetSuite task to update a record reference or custom segment field with a null value, the task fails. The null value is not written to the record reference or custom segment field. Instead, the previous value is retained.

Perform the following steps to write a NULL value to a NetSuite record reference field or custom segment field:

1. In Administrator, select Runtime Environments.
2. Select the Secure Agent from the list of available Secure Agents.
3. In the upper-right corner, click Edit.
4. In the Custom Configuration Details section, select the Type as DTM for the Data Integration Server.
