Amazon S3 V2 connection is failing with permission issue to access the bucket in IICS though user has full permission to S3 bucket
Problem Description
Amazon S3 V2 test connection is getting failed with a bucket that does not exist or the user does not have permission to access the bucket error. EC2 role has also been assigned in order to have agent machine access to S3 bucket but the issue still persists.​​
While validating this issue outside IICS with help of test utilities and user found that it was an access issue as they got "Access Denied (Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AccessDenied​" error outside IICS which was occurring due to access key was getting passed to Amazon S3 V2 bucket though current IICS connection was not sending access key to bucket. 

Later it was confirmed that they had another connection for the same bucket which was having an access key and was creating an issue.
After removing the problematic additonal connection which was holding access key, issue was resolved for Amazon S3 V2 connection.
