Feedback

Alerts details do not populate in the Complex Event Processing PMPC console
Problem Description
In Complex Event Processing (CEP), after configuring the PMPC workflow and following the steps as mentioned in the KB: HOW TO: Populate data in Reports present in PMPC console (KB 510557), the alerts do not show up on the reports section in the PMPC console.

The PMPC server was started several times.
Cause
This issue occurs when no folders are added in this section for the PMPC monitored repository when checked in the monitored folder section in the PMPC console.

Post checking the tables PC_COMPLETED_SESSION_R & PC_COMPLETED_WORKFLOWS_R tables from the PMPC database found that these tables are not getting populated.
Solution
To resolve the issue, add the folders in the monitored folder and re-run the workflow. Verify if the tables are populating.
