The decimal part of the data truncates and changes to 00 when loaded to DB2 target in PowerCenter 10.2.0 HF2
Problem Description
The decimal part of the data truncates and changed to 00 when loaded to the DB2 target in PowerCenter 10.2.0 HF2.
Informatica always rounds off the double/float datatype values when "Enable High Precision" property is not enabled at session-level.
Setting "Enable High Precision" property helps in resolving this issue.
More Information
Informatica always round off the double/float datatype values. In the mapping, the data type of the above field was set to float, which would make use of system floating point registers and the value would vary for different versions.

This is how double / float datatype works in the DB2 database. Here DB2 client is playing a role. To resolve the issue and to get non rounded values, use decimal data type with enabling high precision property set at session-level.
