ActiveVOS tasks taking long time to trigger
Problem Description
A single ActiveVOS workflow takes a long time to trigger even though there are no other jobs or workflows getting triggered.
Cause
​This issue occurs due to application server cache. ​
Solution
To improve the performance, do as follows:
  1. Clear the application server cache. 
  2. Restart ActiveVOS.
As a maintenance step, restart with clear cache on regular basis.​
