What information is requried for raising Informatica Product Download & License case?
Content
Open a new case with a type of Product Download & License through the eSupport link at Informatica Network. Before you raise a case, consolidate all the following information so that Informatica can expedite your request.

PowerCenter or Data Quality (IDQ) license requests/upgrades (New and Incremental keys)

Information required: 

  • The serial number of your current license keys. Informatica will use these to generate the new license keys.

To check the serial number, do the following:

  1. Go to Administration Console
  2. Highlight the license
  3. Under the Properties tab, check for Serial Number

Data Replication and/or Fast Clone

All license requests for Data Replication and/or Fast Clone license keys require the following information:

  • Product
  • Version
  • Type (Production or Development)
  • Machine Hostname (Case Sensitive) Fully Qualified Name required
  • Core CPU

B2B Managed File Transfer (MFT)

Information required:

  • Operating System (OS) 
  • Bit Mode (32-bit vs. 64-bit).
  • If requesting Permanent MFT licenses, provide Serial Number and Host ID as well.

Identity Resolution (IIR)

All new license requests require an idslcns.txt file.

 

Address Doctor

Users should check with the Maintenance Renewal representatives regarding their expired Address Doctor keys/pending renewal quotes.​
